I have recently been in contact with someone from the returns team who advised me over a week ago that I would receive a returns envelope in the post for a phone that was incorrectly ordered. I have yet not received this envelope or had any correspondence from EE regarding what to do.
Can someone please advise me why I have not yet received the envelope.
I need to return the phone that was incorrectly ordered before I can go ahead and order the correct one.
