Yes but you can buy a add on when you run out of your data allowance.

@DAN72  You can not go over the data allowance as once you do run out of data you have to purchase more data to use data. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
