Has anyone had movement on their watch order yet? I ordered just after 1pm on the pre order day but still is sitting at “awaiting confirmation” SS graphite 45mm
Hi, Has anyone who ordered their 45mm SS Graphite Apple Watch on 13 October or after received their Watch?
I’ve been lied to, I ordered on the 13th told I’d get it in 14 days. On the 14th day I was told it was in and ready for dispatch only to find out I was lied too. I got an email to say it was coming soon but yesterday it went back to on track! I’m becoming increasingly frustrated with the lies I’m receiving!
The delivery guidance when you placed your order was 'expect dispatch in more than 28 days'. We're working through back orders on a first come, first serve basis, as stock arrives. You'll receive a text message with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

@James_Bwith all due respect! I was initially told 14 days on the 14th day I was told it was in and and about to be dispatched. It changed to coming soon and now back on to order is on track. I just want to know on when I will receive it!!
I’ve ordered my SS Gold and the tracker was not updating at all but I was getting that messages in track and etc. 2 weeks ago there was updated about that between 15th and 20th of November. Today I’ve tried to track it and said it was dispatched today. But I didn’t get any messages or emails about it so fingers cross I will get it tomorrow or Monday
Ordered on pre-order day 8 October at approximately 13:40 the 45mm SS Gold. Got an email from DPD around 22:45 last night and shortly after an email from EE for dispatch.
The tracking on DPD shows that it was collected from EE this morning and will be delivered on Monday.
Finally a long way from the initially quoted 4 days to 32 days.
I’m still non the wiser about when I will received my watch. I received a text from EE today with the following …
Hi from EE. Due to manufacturer stock delays, your new Apple Watch is taking longer to send to you than we expected. We're working hard to get it to you as soon as possible, and in the meantime, we're adding a £20 credit to your bill. You're on our priority list and we'll get it sorted as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience.
