Apple Watch plan first bill higher and the others ? Web site no clear

my account is 20.24 per mds 80 gigs unlimited calls and sms. however I bought an apple watch and the account was to come 20.24 + 30 from the watch plan. But it came 70 pounds. An assigned number came as well. I don't know what's going on but I thought I could use the internet on the phone I've already paid for... can someone explain to me why that extra 20 pounds came? Can I cancel those 20 pounds? i just want to pay the watch plan £30+ the plan i already have £20.24. I went to see the bill but it is not clear and even when I made the plan it was not clear to me. Thanks

@Danyelle  The watch has its own data allowance and doesn’t use your phone data.  You’ll have to speak with customer services about the extra payment.
