Apple Watch Series 5 offer

I received a text from EE offering an the Apple Watch series 5 and Nike model.

Completed this on Wednesday 20th and haven't heard anything since....

Has anyone else had this issue?

I did. And I’ve received an email today which looks a bit off asking me to call. (See below)

“We need a bit more information from you to complete the order.
If you can give us a call on  0800 079 0531, with your XKO ready.

           Our offices are open:

•           Monday - Sunday        9:00am - 7:00pm

Once we receive this information we will get your order moving.

Thanks for your patience. We are looking forward to speaking to you and getting you started with EE.”

I would recommend following the advice provided. 

If you do not wish to call the 0800 number you can also call 150.
