Hi,
I couldn’t added data to my new Apple Watch 6 via the watch app so I called 150 and an advisor added it manually on Monday morning. It’s now Tuesday night and still no data on my watch.
I messaged chat on the site today and they basically just told me to repair my watch and turn it off and on again.
Multiple attempts at this later.... still no data and it’s obviously been longer than 24 hours now.
Anyone had this issue and know how it’s fixed?

@loz4321 Make sure WiFi is switched off on your phone.

Thanks but I found out today they have added the wrong plan to my account. They haven’t fixed this yet... been waiting for a call back since 10am.
