Apple Music subscription

I have an Apple music subscription with my new Samsung S20 phone. My subscription has been verified through the Apple Music app but I am unable to create an Apple ID. I have checked within Apple to make sure that I haven't created an ID in the past and nothing is listed. Any suggestions on how to remedy this much appreciated @links to members

@Catlady1962   You can not have the Apple Music subscription if you don’t have a Apple Music account to link that subscription too.   

 Create your Apple ID HERE ( use the online link ). ideally from a PC as it’s much easier.  

then once it’s created you can sign in to the music app on your device then setup your EE Apple Music subscription
