@llemmacseel If you have insurance you need to make a claim or you cold try contacting Apple but you will be without a device if you go this route as Apple will want to look at the device first. Both of these routes will result in a refurbished device being sent to you but if no refurbished device is available it will be a brand new one. ( don’t hold out for it though). A insurance claim will result in you swapping the device with a currier so you’ll to go without a device.
