I’ve recently added a second line to my account and got the iPhone 13 pro for my partner.
the volume buttons on the side of the phone are not working, it appears the decrease volume button is stuck into the phone casing. We’ve only had the phone four days.
I choose to take it out without insurance, where do I stand with a replacement phone???

@MartD1 You need to call customer services about this or book an appointment with your local Apple store . Apple will exchange the device for a new one as the device is under warranty.
