I have just recieved my pre-order of the Sumsung S21 with Apple Music on the Smart Benefit. Only issue is I cant complete the sign up page. The page opens and at the top is my Apple ID then I fill in the rest of the page with my Name, DOB, password etc and i tick the box to say i have read the T&Cs. I tap on continue and then nothing at all.
A little message pops up at the top of the screen 'For assistance and support go to www...........................' I have been there and no support in any shape or form.
What do I do?

The link I get after filling out the 'Create Apple ID' page

I have been at this link and takes me to the Apple site but nowhere can I find any support or assistance.
EE says Relax and enjoy 6 months free Apple music. I've had 6 hours of stress just trying to get it to work. Surely we should just be able to fill out the create Apple ID and click OK/continue and job done. I can relax and enjoy my music.

That looks like just a generic Apple page. It should be as easy as you described, but there must be a problem somewhere.
Have you spoken to our Tech Gurus? They may be able to help you.

I haven't spoken to anyone yet, just yourself. I was looking around at the forums to see if anyone else has had the same issues and resolved it. Not really found much.

I have the same issue, link forwards to a generic Apple support page, really useful. Did you manage to get anywhere with the issue?
