Apple Arcade smart benefit activation

I have tried to activate the Apple Arcade link but every time it takes me to the page that says redeem now I click the button and it takes me too an Apple page saying not found. 

anyone having this same problem? 

how can I fix it?

Have you received a text from EE since you added your Smart Benefit?

 

Is it showing as a Smart Benefit in your My EE Account?

I'm having the same issue, click the link in the text, click redeem now then it takes me to a page saying not found with the apple logo

Im having the same problem with arcade and TV.  Redeem now takes you to a page that says not found.  Spent over 2 hours with customer care trying to sort.  Now say needs to go higher. 

Not available to sort in the week so looks like the only option will be to send back the phone.

I have exactly the same issue. Have received the text with the link to a page to redeem the Apple Arcade smart benefit - but that links to a page which says “not found” at this address

Good evening, I am having the same issue as everyone else in this thread. It is selected as a Smart Benefit in my account however the link I get sent via text takes me to a page where pressing “Redeem Now” consequently displays a Not Found page with an Apple logo. I need this resolving as I’ve already waited a few days to no avail. I’ve just joined the network and I’m already dissatisfied with the service. Thank you.
