I cant access my ee to give my daughter some data ? Tried logging in on line and this is just too crazy to use or find the data share ?

@Coolcaz33   That’s because the accounts where offline for account maintenance.   EE do this late at night so it doesn’t cause to much of an issue unfortunately there will always be a few customers effected.  You’ll can gift data now through. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I can't find the family usage to gift data, seems to have disappeared

Have you used this function before? Could you try on a different device or browser please?

 

It should be part of the main menu options.
