I can never get through to anyone on the telephone, wait times are sky high but I need to get asap advice on how I can access my own account that I set up. When I log in, its showing my sons name. I have a family bundle with 3 sims attached, mine, my husbands and my son. I can't view previous bills because its in his name, I just want everything in my name - the transition from BT to EE has been so stressful and a total nightmare?

You need to call CS with both of you available on the line to effect a change of ownership. You will need to pass a credit check. You will then be paying for all contracts.
