I'm honestly getting tired of speaking to numerous EE members of staff and being told different information each time.
I received a text on the 18th saying my Switch was being processed and DPD will be in touch regarding delivery soon.
I then received another text saying it would be delivered on the 19th, lo and behold, no Switch was delivered.
I just want some clarification. Has anyone on here had the same issues?
I have spoken to CS like I said, numerous times.
No help.
I just want a simple and clear answer.

@LDSpence If you’ve had a text from DPD saying they deliver it on the 19th then you should of had it on the 19th.

If DPD has it. It is then you need to speak to.

If you had a text from DPD stating it'll be delivered it means they have it. I would continue trying to contact them as others have been able to so not all number are automated.

Spoke to someone at EE yet again today, and from what she could see it said the parcel had been delivered. It hasn't.
She is chasing up for me and has advised me to give it until Sunday.
Is going to credit my account due to the amount of misinformation I have received.
And hopefully get another sent out to me in time for Christmas.

@Profile closed Just not really sure who to believe at this point, DPD I can't get through to, and EE saying it's DPD's issue as they have sent it out to be delivered.
Someone at DPD with potentially sticky fingers?
I just want it sorted out before Christmas, caused too much unnecessary stress.
