Already registered my account in EE but can not transfer my old number

Actually i already registered my EE account a couple days ago, and i want keep my old number with me, so i filled the form of tranfering, but i received the text from 150 and told me that my request is not successful because im not registered and i need call 150 to register, then i called 150, the same result appeared, a text message from 150 told me that i need register first for transfering my old number to EE.

 

So what should i do now? It is quit urgent for me thanks a lot to help

Is it a contract SIM card or pay as you go? Are you transferring your number form another network?

Hi, same issue here, I am trying to port my mobile number from a different network to EE on a pay-as-you-go SIM, but I got this message from 150 to register my account. I could not find any further account registration on 150 and I must mention I topped up already on My EE. Can you please advise.
