I recently purchased AirPods Pro from EE and specifically said a different shipping address to billing address. When I look at my order tracking today, I found it was sent to my billing address, which I won’t be at for a few weeks. Is there any way of it being sent back to my shipping address?

@AshleyHunt items are always delivered to the billing address. Unless someone is there to sign for it they need to return back to EE.

What's the point of asking for a shipping address and even having a function letting you specify a different address if they just send it to the billing address anyway?

@AshleyHunt To be honest I’ve got no idea.

@AshleyHunt I had the same issue with an iphone. Ordering system let me define a different delivery address (i'd moved house recently) and initial order confirmation stated it'd be sent to the defined delivery address. Within a few days the order updates changed and stated it would be my billing (and old) address the phone would be sent to.
Be aware that when I called EE about this I was told by a CS rep not to worry, that the order emails were incorrect and the phone would indeed be sent to the new delivery address. I posted on this forum about it and quickly found out this was as I suspected, incorrect.
I'm afraid you might find that the only way of rectifying this, as I did, is cancelling your order with the incorrect address and making a new one. Unfortunately for me this meant I went to the back of the Q and i've been in iphone ordering hell ever since.
