Another iphone thread

When are the Iphone pro max dye back in stock. Just reading through all of this people are still waiting for a good while even past the 7-14 days advice? Can someone from EE advise me when they are actually due back in stock. Thanks

@boxy2810  Once EE have delivered the devices to all who are still waiting for their model type EE will be able to hold stock of all model types.  The problem is customers are ordering and EE can not keep up because Apple can not provide them quick enough.  All you can do is order one and wait patiently for it.

If only it was as simple as waiting patiently for it.  

 

Unfortunately  EE aren't giving customers accurate wait times and are actually telling them something is available, 'in stock' (wherever that may be) and will be delivered the next day when it isn't and won't be.

 

To compound matters, some people like me are encouraged to upgrade and spend more money in order to receive an urgently needed phone the next day and lo and behold, it never comes. I've now had three orders, two on an upgraded model that I was promised 'next day' and I'm no closer to actually getting anything.

 

I even had an open complaint with a manager seemingly dealing with it who's closed the case, not communicated with me and is now on leave.
