Couple of weeks ago I went to France and my network changed from EE to Orange, it worked for a couple of days then it is on no service even after I’ve returned to the UK, I’ve tried a virgin Media Sim and seems to work fine so I think the problem is with the sim not the Phone

Are you able to try the EE SIM card in another phone to see if this works?
If you need a replacement SIM card you can contact our Mobile Care team and they will be happy to help you get a SIM sent with the same number 🙂

Unfortunately it didn’t work on a different phone so it’s clear the problem is for the sim
i cannot contact the mobile care team because I’m using pay as you go not on contact
have you got a solution for that

There's a number to call from another phone on there too.
