My kids were playing with my fone and I have no idea how they did it but since they had it it's not letting me do certain things saying "this phone is managed by your administrator ". Some app called "mobi control" has something to do with it.  Can you help me pls

It's a Samsung a20e . There's a few things I can't access ie: can't let anyone use my hot spot and its says your administrator does not allow this. Iv also got an app since it started called mobi control and it doesn't let me uninstall it

Does this app ask you for a password when you try to make changes?

 

What happens when you try to delete the app?
