Hi two days ago ordered I phone 13 pro max online. When I read confirmation noticed that memory was wrong size. I rang EE today and they cancelled my order which was on back order and told me to place an order for what I wanted. 
did this but then rejected on credit. Don’t understand

Has the old order been fully cancelled down? I would recommend contacting our customer care team who can make sure this has been done so you can complete your order.
