I ordered an additional line on Tuesday and have had emails to confirm with an expected delivery date of today, but I have no text from DPD and when I try to track the order it says it can’t be found?
However when I log in to my EE account I can see this new plan and number.
I need to know if the phone is due to arrive today as planned. I’ve tried calling 150 numerous times yesterday but the helpful girl couldn’t get through to digital sales to find out what was happening.

@Clairebear84 if it’s due today you’ll get a text from DPD today you usually get these before 11 am with a estimated delivery time.
