Hi

I ordered an iPhone SE additional line In error when I meant to upgrade.
I spoke to two people on here and ended up calling the HO and they sorted it for me. I ordered my upgrade and am using the phone.
Yesterday dpd came to collect the phone I ordered in error and the guy gave me a red card to track it being returned. I cannot get onto it and now my bill is showing the extra line.
Also when can I call to claim my AirPods? How is my old phone still working with no sim? I’m elderly so don’t know how all this tech works.
Thank you.

Hi there @Ronniex30

Thanks for coming back to us.

Once the additional contract has been returned, this will be cancelled, and you will be refunded.

If you are eligible for the AirPods you will receive a text message within 5 days of your order with the terms and conditions of the offer and delivery information.

Is your old phone an iPhone and connected to WiFi?

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.

Ah ok. Thank you.

I haven’t received any information on the AirPods.

How do I disconnect my old phone from WiFi?

Hi @Ronniex30

Thanks for coming back to me.

If you go into Settings and the WiFi you can turn this off.

Did you place the order over 5 days ago?

What plan did you select?

Leanne.

Hi

thanks for the reply.

How do I disconnect my old iPhone from wi-fi other than putting it on airplane mode.

Hi @Ronniex30.

You can go into Settings on the phone, then WiFi, and turn it off.
