Adding NHS discount after swapped phone

Hi i basically rung up yesterday to upgrade my phone, and she said on call after the call when i get my phone the next day i can add the NHS discount onto the account? how do i do that? as can’t seem to do it or find it anywhere?

You can't! You may only apply a discount code at PoS when you buy a new contract or upgrade.
