Ee upgrade adding a friends and family discount when have multi line

Hi 

 

I have just attempted to upgrade my daughter's phone who is on my account and have a friends and family discount code but I can add it, because it's automatically adding multi line.  Can anyone help?

@Emma1801  You’ll have to call customer services about this as this is an account related issue. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Im in the same situation trying to upgrade daughter's phone.  Did you get this sorted? @Emma1801

Welcome to the community. 

 

If you are unable to remove this please give our upgrades team a call on 150. 

 

The team should be able to remove this for you so you can process your upgrade.

Thank you @Katie_B .  Also upgrading my sons who also has F & F discount but this is not transferring.  Will they help with this too?

Are you aware if the plan you are selecting is already discounted or on offer?

 

If there is a current friends and family discount this should continue when upgrading. If not I would recommend speaking to either our customer care team or the employee who provided you the discount.
