Add to plan confirmation

  • Hey, I ordered two things on add to plan. I've only received an email to say they've got the order, not a confirmation. I haven't been charged for it yet either (ordered yesterday), will I be charged when it's been dispatched or does this mean I'm not getting the order?

Hi! I ordered a pair of OPPO earbuds and a switch lite 🙂  I wasn't sure if it was confirmation of my order as the money hasn't been taken
