Add on order delivery

Good morning, 

Yesterday afternoon I added on a fit bit versa 2 to my contract. I have checked my EE account and had found it on my add ons saying £18 extra a month which is correct. The issue I am having is that I have no received any emails about the order or me even placing it.

 

I had this same issue when I ordered my phone and it took ages to come after having to make phone calls so if its happened again I won't be happy.

If it is already showing in your add-ons, your order has been successful.

 

You should receive a text message with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot has been confirmed.
