I have tried to add on two accesories to my plan as initially my account said I was able to add 3 on in total, however after doing this I have recieved an email saying I am not allowed and then when I have gone back onto the site to see what the issue is it tells me I need to be within the first 17 months of my contract... my current contract started in september 2019 which would mean I am within the first 17 months. I have never failed to oay the bill on time either, and cannot see any other reasons why this would be. Any one had similar issues or know the answer? Tia
