How long is delivery going to be, usually I have a speedy delivery with ee however My order isn’t even able to be tracked.

Hi @Mickyduck ,

 

Sorry to hear you've not had an ETA confirmed yet post-order.

 

One of the CSM's on the Forum's here will be able to advise of the ETA that was stated on the date you ordered if you message one directly, or if they pick up this thread.

 

Best thing to do is call CS on 150 though from your EE mobile and go through to Option 1 for questions regarding your Account and they will be able to help with confirming any details of your order and advising of any updates to it that you may be waiting for.
