Everytime I Try Add the LG Tv to my plan I get to the checkout page to pay the up front fee but it keeps saying something went wrong. I have already had a HomePod on my plan now that’s finished I want to add this.

If you call freephone 0800 956 6000 opt 2 opt 1 a sales advisor will be able to process your add to plan order for you.
