Ive had my account for over two years ( pay monthly contract. I’m trying to add Apple Watch to my account and it just keeps telling me when I can next upgrade my phone

I had iPhone 7plus on 24 contract which ran out. I then got iPhone 11 about a year ago on a 24 month contract. So does this mean I can’t get Apple Watch??

@Milliemoe Is your current contract still within a 24 month contract period or have you seen out that contract to the minimum term date? If your contract term has passed you can not get a Apple Watch on contract you have to be in a contract term. So you need to upgrade that can be a sim only contract on a 12 or 24 month term.

If you've still got 12 months left, you should be able to add one, @Milliemoe.
Could you try doing this on a different device or browser please?
