Had my new sim but can’t activate it can anyone help

Hi Jones 8808.. if it is a brand new sim that you have just received they can take up to 24 hours to activate.  Re-start your phone occasionally which sometimes triggers the sim.

Is the SIM card a replacement for a lost/stolen or faulty SIM, or have you upgraded and had a new SIM?

 

Do you still have your old SIM card?

Hi, thanks. It is a replacement for a faulty one and I don’t have my old one. Appreciate your help
