Hi, my elderly father recently lost his wife and does not know the access details for his EE account. Does anyone know how we can change the e-mail address and password on this please?
He doesn't have an online account or log in but we are trying to connect his 'phone to other devices and it keeps asking for EE account password. We have set him up with a new e-mail account for other devices and want to be able to assign this, and a password to his existing account.
