Hello !
a month ago i have requested to switch from PAYM to PAYG , today i found out that my account was closed although i have paid all my bills. I cant use my number and it is very important for me to keep that number. What to do?

Hello,
i have resolved the issue through CS. i panicked because I thought my number was gone forever as my sim was not working anymore.
i am currently abroad so the sim wasn’t able to activate on pay as you go. I had to switch back to Pay monthly in order to get my sim back working and that solved my problem.
