Hi,
My contract ended yesterday, I'd called EE a month ago to request the phone number went to PAYG which I was told was fine. I had a text on 5th Nov saying my monthly payment was staying at the contract level. Then today I have nothing, can't make or receive calls, no 4g etc. I have taken a contract out with Vodafone but now need to get my number switched over (if it still exists). I dont have a phone to call 150 and cant find any online chat options with EE.
Anyone have any ideas?

@n1ckw1le85 Have you tried restarting the device to see if it has switched to a PAYG sim. It’s not always automatically done and a reboot of the device is required.
