Access to SMS for sim number

Hello.

 When I came over to EE with my old phone number the SIM card number was still stored . I need to access the SIM card Sms due to it being set as the two form identification to reset a password for my Samsung account.

Are you not receiving the text from Samsung on your EE account? When did you port over to EE? 

 

Is that your problem?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
