4gee mini Wifi red signal

Been like it for nearly 2 days now, ee trying to fix it but taking their time! Anyone else having this problem? Everything connects fine just no signal so doesn’t work!!!

Have you spoken to our Tech Care team about this?

 

Did they update you and let you know the issue is being fixed?

Put the SIM from the 4GEE into a phone do you still get No Signal

I don’t have a ee phone

 

Doesn't need to be an EE Phone, do you have any Phone you can put the SIM in.

Yes I do I will try it when I get home from work

Tried in my phone and it works fine but just on the router 

Not on the router

OK so we now know the Network is OK and the SIM seems ok.

 

So either a Router issue or Router Settings issue. Can you log into the Routers Homepage (normally 168.192.1.1) and check either the Profile and or the APN (access Point Name) Settings and confirm all the settings are correct. While your on that page does it give you Signal Strength or other Network Info

I have spoke to ee and they are aware of the problem apparently, just seems strange for it to take nearly 4 days now to repair.....
And why would any settings on it change? But I don’t remember my password either
