4gee WiFi mini stopped working last night

Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction on how to fix my WiFi mini box.

Last night I ran out of data, so the WiFi box stopped working... Topped up today and still no signal from the WiFi box.

I got the device unlocked to all networks about a year maybe two years ago.

Called my service provider to see if it was the SIM card that was the issue, when I use one I get data no problem, when I put it into the WiFi box it says I have to sign into network, surely this should not be an issue if I have data available on my sim? I shouldn't have to sign into the network because I don't use an ee SIM?

Does the router's connection Profile settings fit with the SIM's network?

Not gonna lie I have no idea, but would assume so as this issue has only just happened, I have been using the device for a year possibly even two years. I haven't changed any settings on the SIM or device as it was working perfectly up until yesterday evening.

OK, if you're not even going to look at them!

Let's also assume that as the only thing to have changed is putting credit on the SIM, the router + SIM must still be working.

Where do I find this out? I've no idea. I am not tech savvy at all I just put the SIM card in and it worked. Now it doesnt work. That's about as much as I know. It says sign into network on my phone when I try to connect it to the router. But I shouldn't have to do anything with EE, the router is unlocked to all networks.

Login to your router at http://192.168.1.1 and look at the Connection tab / Profile.
