I've recently set up a sim only contract, and ported my number from O2. My old sim card has now stopped working but my EE sim hasn't arrived yet. Couldn't find live chat or anything to get assistance and can't use my phone anymore as my old son is now deactivated, anybody got a link to live chat? Or can an EE employee get in contact? Thanks.

@Itsmihalis sim cards are sent out second-class Royal Mail. When did you order the SIM card ?

Ordered on the 13th, was posted on 14th. Got a text yesterday saying it arrived but it hadn't and nothing has come today either

Who do the text come from?
We send SIM cards in second-class post as @Chris_B mentioned.

Your SIM would usually arrive in the post, and not have an update.
It may arrive tomorrow in the post.

@Jon_K SIM still hasn't arrived, could an EE employee please contact me via Email to arrange sending another SIM? I've already received my first bill in the post, considering I've not got the SIM card yet I don't expect to be paying for a service I'm not getting
