Hi all,
I have just got my 4GEE Wi-fi and it’s working great but it appears to be blocking one of my apps on my iPhone. It works fine on my old Wi-fi but as soon as I connect to 4GEE it will not load the app and says “connection failed” but the internet is working. All my content blockers are off and I have tried restarting my iPhone, removing the old Wi-fi connection, restarting the router etc but to no avail. I’m at a complete loss as to why this app won’t work with the 4GEE Wi-fi. Has anyone had a similar issue?

Is the site that app uses IPv6 compliant? It might be an EE IPv6 issue. EE has introduced IPv6 on its mobile network, but it doesn't fall-back to IPv4 nicely. Can you change the Profile/APN on your EE devices to APN Protocol = IPv4 only?
