Hi Folks,
I wonder if someone can help me? I have a 4GEE mini model EE70 which is terribly unreliable.
I can connect to the device and internet no problem and with several devices however the connection to the internet is completely unpredictable. The connection can work for 1 minute or several hours but then suddenly stops.
After logging into the device it still states that "Connection status: connected" with an IP address and medium signal but I cannot get traffic through it. Sometimes a soft reboot will suffice however mostly a soft factory data reset has to be used. Occasionally I have to perform a hard reset and soft reset to get it to function again.
It can get warm to the touch sometimes but this doesn't appear to coincide with the connection issue.
Any ideas?

Do we have any network problems showing on our Network Status Checker for your area?
Are you connected to a certain device or app when this happens?

Thanks for your response. Embarrassingly there does seem to be a problem according to the Network Status Checker although we haven't noticed this on the phones.
I'm not 100% convinced this is therefore the problem but I'll come back and update this thread once I receive the green light that my local site is running as it should.
Also I don't believe the problem occurs when using any particular device, app or program.
