4GEE Mini - no service

My EE mini turns on but won’t get service all the lights are blue apart from the first one which stays red, when I try to connect to a console it needs an authentication any help

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

Does the Network Status Checker show any problems in your area?
