I cannot access 4G at all.
I am a pay as you go customer.
I have credit.
my phone only works when I have a wifi connection.
I have checked network signal strength in my area and it says that I should be fine.
What do I need to do to fix this? It’s really frustrating.

@MichS Do you have a data allowance? Having credit on your account doesn’t get you access to cellular data. You need a PACK or a date bundle.

When did you last use it OK on the mobile network?
