I have been with EE for around 5 years now, My sim card sits in my room and has never moved more than 2feet for those 5 years (I occasionally restart the high end rooter I have to make sure it's not just a glitch) I have seen a sharp decrease in speed and reliability in the past 2 years, only getting what I expect on rare occasions (40-70mbps has been the average for years) I have stuck with EE as maintenance and upgrades can affect network speeds on occasion but it has become a way of life now/for years (struggling to get 10-15mbps) I have raised several tickets in the past few years but something is clearly slowing the network down (more than just usage)
When my 12 month contract is up I will be cancelling my sim, it really doesn't give me any joy to do this as a like(d) EE but they are more expensive (x2) and less quick (1/2-1/8) than my other network.

Have you called EE C/S, and spoken to a tech agent to have a slightly more detailed check on the network in your area?
Out of interest, where (roughly) are you?
