Hello all,
I'm new here & am wondering if anyone else has been offered a free 30 day trial of EE's 4G home
router 2 ?
I received it last week after EE sales dept called me the day before.
I have now read a few horror stories where people have taken up the 30 day trial but if it's not suitable & need to cancel, this needs to be done within the normal 14 day distance selling regulations otherwise if you call to cancel after 14 days EE have tied you into an 18 month contract

@AndyW1957 What you do in this sort of situation is get that in writing. If they say that’s not possible then you know it’s not a 30 days free trial. Only ever except it if you have it in writing first before you agree to it.

Hi, Seems a bit odd that,
Might be some confusion/conflict ref the trial offer and the T&C of taking the service, But it cant be a 30day free trial if it lasts for 14 days.
The call should be recorded shouldnt it, most telesales do, If you're concerned now is the time to get things cleared up by EE while you're in the 14 day period anyway, Hopefully you'll get some assistance on here,
Gary
