4G bars shown but no internet connection

I have recently upgraded my iPhone 7 to an iPhone XR and am using the same SIM card. I’ve recently found an issue I did not experience with my iPhone 7, my phone will show it has plenty of 4G and it will work perfect for around 30/45 minutes then suddenly the connection stops despite still having 4G. It starts to work again when I turn my phone on and off but I’ve not found a solution to stop this issue completely. I’ve never had an issue with this sim before and yes I have reset my network settings! Is this a issue with the phone itself? I’d appreciate any help thank you!

Does this happen regardless of your location, or only in one specific area?

 

If restarting your phone clears this error consistently, it would tend to suggest a software bug or error with the device.
