4 weeks after cancelling my contract, still haven't been refunded upfront cost

As the title says, I cancelled my contract 4 weeks ago and still haven't been refunded the upfront payment I paid when ordering the phone.

@Altadsa .  You'll need to customer service about it. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

As @Chris_B has mentioned, you'll be best contacting our Mobile Care team as they will have access to your account and be able to let you know what is happening with any refunds.

Did you cancel within the 14 day period or after the 24 months?
