16 digit sim number

Hi, Im overseas, took my ee sim out to use a local number, put ee sim back in and it asks for 16 digit sim unlock number.

So ee sim cant be used but im paying a monthly bill.

How do i get this number. EE seem impossible to actually contact without their sim.

@nick0909   A sim pin is 4 digits and phone unlock code is between 10-15 digits.   There should be no code that is 16 digits long.  What phone is it and where did you get it from ?
