I recently activated a relatives PAYG sim with £10 it says it will renew in 30 days. My relative doesn’t use his phone that often will this £10 last him a long time or will he need to renew and spend £10 every month even if he’s not using it that often or would his monthly pack last him a long time. Can someone explain please.
Hi Dave, I believe you may have activated a 'pack' you can use your credit like normal
Text STOP PACK to 150 to prevent your pack auto renewing. You may continue to use your current pack till it expires. You may then call & text, but not use data, at per-unit rates from your credit.
