Hi,
I've just started using a pay as you go sim. I checked the credit, it was £8.20. I then made a call to a mobile and the call cut off. I tried to call it again and was told the phone doesn't have enough credit, it has 20p left. When I check the usage on the account online it says I made the one call for 5 mins 31 secs at a cost of £2.10, so where did the rest of the credit go please?
Thanks, Hayley

Probably buying the pack it is primed with. What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Thank you for your reply.
Sending AL to 150 I get the response:
"Your current balance as of today 16:47 is £0.20. Your last top up was £10.00 on 08/06/2021 at 22:30. For more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosts, go to MyEE. ee.co.uk/myee
For info on other Text Services reply HELP or go to ee.co.uk/textservices"
But, I just checked my usage again and it now shows another call that wasn't showing earlier, despite my checking after the calls had completed. There must be a lag in the updating of the usage information. That missing call was what used up the credit. It's very expensive! I don't see pay as you go making any sense to use at all 😞

You don't currently have a pack. So any calls/texts you make will be charged at per-unit standard rates.
Top-up & then text ALL PACKS to 150 to a buy a pack of your choice giving an allowance of mins, text & data.
