1 GB data add on

Data ran short, opted for the add ad extra . Cancelled so it wasn’t a continuous add on. 150 stated twice I had no add on. Bill states £11 added to my normal £20 bill.

What date was the bill produced? What date did you cancel the add-on? 

You're billed for the add-ons for the month in advance, so you could be due a refund on your next bill.
